Do you offer enough value?

Do you believe that people join you in business because of YOU? Because they see you as having value and someone that will benefit them in some way?
So if they don’t join with you in business partnership, does it mean you don’t offer enough value …YET? Does it mean you need to develop yourself further, so that you CAN provide more value? Is there a skill set you need to develop that will grow your appeal and your ability to attract others to you and your leadership?
