I have very much been into the teachings of James Arthur Ray recently. I got to see him live in Minneapolis a few weeks ago. What a good (and thought provoking) time. While some of his coaching seems ‘new’ and ‘out there’, it actually has a lot of historical and scientific basis.
Today, as I was reading from his new book, “Harmonic Wealth,” he made a profound statement that I wanted to share with you. I have never heard it described this way before. I thought it was a powerful tip that you could benefit from.
Many people ponder the age old question, “How do I find my purpose in life?”
Ray suggests that it starts with paying attention. The clues will be there. Pay attention to what feels right. He offers that it is important to pay attention to times in your life when you are moved emotionally, either while reading a book, watching a movie, or listening to music. These poignant moments will tell you something profound about yourself. These are the times when your purpose, your inspiration, is speaking to you.
“The purpose of our lives is to give birth to the best which is within us.” Marianne Williamson
So begin today to PAY ATTENTION, your story awaits you. Be courageous enough to grab hold of it. Find the places that you are hooked emotionally and find the best within you.
